To part of the urban nucleus, l'Ametlla de Mar has several urbanizations, some of them of great extension, like it is the case of "Les Tres Cales" , "Calafat ", "Sant Jordi d'Alfama" or ,"Roques Daurades", and other smaller ones as "Cala Nova" or "l'Hidalgo". All concentrate great affluence of inhabitants during the summer due to the great chalets offer that they can be let through the real state agencies of l'Ametlla and they constitute an alternative to the lodging in hotel, camping or apartment.
